This is the regular meeting of the Somerville Zoning Board of Appeals.

Agenda includes routine variances, such as 143-145 Cedar St. (10 unit residential), 11-15 Holland St. (fast-food restaurant), 39-43 Elmwood (3 buildings, 9 unit residential).

The Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial body that holds public hearings and grants or denies variances, Special Permit Applications for developments outside of the Planning Board jurisdiction, and appeals of administrative or enforcement decisions.
